At SEABRIT, we’re committed to getting your custom-made products to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Because all of our items are made to order, shipping times may vary depending on the product, your location, and current order volume.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and sent to production within 1–3 business days after purchase. This does not include weekends or holidays. Please note: During peak seasons, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Nigeria: 2-5 business days
Ghana 2-5: bussiness days
United States: 5–10 business days
Canada: 7–15 business days
Europe: 7–15 business days
Australia/NZ: 10–20 business days
Rest of World : 10–25 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions.
International Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide! Please be aware:
- You may be responsible for customs fees, taxes, or import duties depending on your country’s regulations.
- International deliveries may experience longer transit times.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Occasionally, we may offer free or discounted shipping during promotions.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update. Didn’t receive your tracking info? Contact us at [your email] with your order number and we’ll help you out.
Shipping Delays & Issues
While we strive to meet delivery estimates, we are not liable for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier issues (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Customs processing (for international orders)
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
Address Changes
Need to change your shipping address? Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order is in production or shipped, we may not be able to update the address.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at contactus@seabrit.co.uk within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
