Returns & Refunds Policy

At Seabrit.com, each item is custom-made just for you. Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with the product.

We stand by the quality of our items and are committed to ensuring you're satisfied with your purchase.

Eligible Refunds or Replacements

We will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item, size, or design
  • Your order is lost in transit (confirmed by tracking)

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us at [your email] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue
  • A description of the problem

We’ll respond within 1–3 business days.

Not Eligible for Refunds

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Buyer's remorse (e.g. you changed your mind)
  • Wrong size ordered (please refer to size charts before ordering)
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Minor differences in color or placement due to the printing process

Because our items are made just for you, we cannot restock or resell returned products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, we’ll replace it at no cost to you. Please send us photos and your order number so we can make it right.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your item goes into production and we can no longer make changes or cancel it.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
